We want a salon where our fellow coworkers WANT to learn and expanded their skill set so that they can provide an array of services for current and incoming clientele. We want to mentor and learn not only giving others the opportunities to succeed, to challenge themselves, and to advance but also striving for those things ourselves. We have a team that will be supportive of each other in professional and in personal life. We are striving for a respectable work environment where we can urge each other to compete in contests and LOVE this beauty business! We want to launch stylists into successful careers, we believe that an optimistic attitude, a smile, knowledge of your craft and a willingness to learn new techniques will push us to succeed! During the process of developing and building THE BeeHive up we have encountered many wonderful people. We are blessed by the amount of outreach we have received from our family, friends, and clients. We feel that this salon was not only built by family and friends but also by community. This has been a very long time coming THE BeeHive began as a dream, inspired by Andy Warhol's famous pop art painting of Marilyn Monroe and famous beehives throughout history.
